1. Agreement to Terms

IN NO EVENT SHALL 201PUB'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE DEPOSITED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemn ify, and hold harmless 201pub, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation;
• Your violation of any rights of another party, including other 201pub users;
• Your use or misuse of the Platform;
• Any false or misleading information you provide to 201pub;
• Your breach of any representation or warranty contained in these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
